The Sugar Bae Nei Dessert Bar Experience transforms dessert into a celebration of its own. Instead of a traditional dessert table, guests step up to the trailer window and choose from a curated menu of delicious treats prepared by Nei, the Sugar Bae.
From rich brownies to soft mini cookie cakes and beautifully finished mini cakes topped with frosting, toppings, and drizzled sauces, every bite is crafted to feel indulgent, joyful, and just a little bit luxurious!
It’s more than dessert — it’s a sweet moment your guests will remember long after the celebration ends!
Private events are hosted dessert experiences.
The event host purchases a dessert package and customizes the dessert menu before the event. During the celebration, guests simply walk up to the trailer window and enjoy their treat — no payments required!
Desserts are served until the selected treat quantity has been reached.
Each dessert includes frosting, one topping, and one sauce. Guests may choose to enjoy their treat with or without toppings and/or sauce, but pricing remains the same regardless of selections.
For guests who prefer a simpler option, gourmet cookies may also be offered on the event menu at $3 each, served as-is without frosting, toppings, or sauce.

Perfect for intimate gatherings with 15–25 guests.
Sweet Celebration — 50 treats ⭐
Our most popular package! Great for celebrations with 25–40 guests where everyone can enjoy a dessert!
Sugar Rush — 75 treats
Ideal for lively parties with 40–60 guests and plenty of sweet options to go around!
Grand Dessert Bar — 100 treats
Best for larger celebrations with 60–85 guests where dessert becomes part of the experience!
If your guest count is close to one of these ranges, many hosts choose to add a few extra treats so everyone has the chance to enjoy something sweet!
Dessert service is personally managed by Nei, the Sugar Bae, ensuring every guest is welcomed warmly and every treat is served with care!
Throughout your event, Nei greets guests at the trailer window, serves desserts, and keeps the experience flowing smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
This role is playfully known as the Baetender — a nod to the Sugar Bae brand and the sweet experience guests receive at the dessert bar!
Baetender Service Fee:
$50 per hour
1 hour per 50 treat range (ex: 35-50 treats requires 1 hour of service. 51-100 treats requires 2 hours of service)
For hosts who want an even more unforgettable celebration, the Sugar Bae Event Enhancement Package adds thoughtful finishing touches to the dessert bar.
Event Enhancement Package — $80
Includes:

• Event-themed display accents
• Coordinated frosting color and styling to complement your celebration

Travel
Events located within 20 miles of Barberton are included.
For locations beyond that radius, travel is $30 per additional 10-mile range. (ex: 21-30 miles — +$30, 31-40 miles — +$60)
On the day of your celebration, the Sugar Bae Nei dessert trailer arrives ready to create a sweet and memorable experience for your guests!
Nei will set up the dessert service and begin welcoming guests to the trailer window. Guests can walk up, choose their treat, and enjoy the fun of ordering from the Sugar Bae dessert bar.
Throughout the event, desserts are served fresh and the experience is carefully managed so the celebration flows smoothly.
When the selected treat quantity has been served or the service window concludes, the dessert bar service wraps up and the trailer departs.
