Custom Order Placement Terms
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for orders due 3+ weeks away. For orders due in less than 3 weeks, full payment is required at time of booking.
• Final Balance: Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to order date.
• Rush Orders: Orders placed and due within 1 week are subject to a 30% rush fee and must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
-Cancel within 24 hours of booking → 100% deposit refund.
-Cancel 3+ weeks before order date → 50% deposit refund.
-Cancel within 2 weeks of order date → no refund.

Refund Policy
At Sugar Bae Nei, every order is crafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in ensuring each product reflects your request and our high quality standards. Please review our refund policy below:
Custom Bakery
All custom bakery orders are presented to the person picking up the order for verification to ensure accuracy. If the order does not match the agreed-upon design or details, and a resolution cannot be agreed upon, a 100% refund will be issued and the product must remain in our possession.
Once the order has been verified and accepted at pickup, Sugar Bae Nei is no longer responsible for refunds, unless the flavor of the baked good is incorrect. In that case, a full refund will be issued once the product is returned in its entirety.
Cake or Cupcake Damages:
Each order comes with a care card that is reviewed upon pickup, detailing how to properly transport and store your cake or cupcakes. Once the cake has left our premises, Sugar Bae Nei is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit, storage, or display.
If a cake or cupcakes becomes damaged or unpleasant in appearance or taste due to improper handling or storage, no refund will be issued.
Baked Goods and Bakery Orders
Because taste is subjective, we do not offer refunds for bakery items that are disliked in flavor when all order details have been fulfilled correctly. However, we value your satisfaction and will extend a 20% discount on your next order, placed within one year of the original order date.
Shipped Orders
If a shipped order arrives incorrect, a clear photo of the received items must be provided within 24 hours of delivery for review. Depending on the severity of the error, a partial or full refund will be issued at Sugar Bae Nei’s discretion. In some cases, the items may need to be shipped back. In such cases, Sugar Bae Nei will pay for and provide the shipping label. Failure to return the incorrect order within 7 business days will forfeit any refunds.
Custom Party Orders
Custom party orders will be reviewed upon pickup to ensure accuracy.
If the order theme or design is incorrect, a full refund will be issued, and the order must remain with Sugar Bae Nei.
If certain items are missing or incorrect, a partial refund will be provided for the value of those specific items.
